USA

We deliver with Speed Post from Hong Kong. Expected delivery time 10–20 business days. Deliveries may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in at our courier's first delivery attempt and cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery.*

Europe

Please make sure your order is below the EU threshold. Fees and taxes may apply.

Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong only)

We deliver by EMS. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in at our courier's first delivery attempt and cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card. They will take your items back for delivery in the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery.*

Taiwan / Macau

We deliver by EMS or S-F Express. Both delivery services require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in at our courier's first delivery attempt and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card. They will return your items and then attempt delivery on the following working days. Follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery.*

Power Banks — Hong Kong Only

Our Halo MagSafe Qi2 Power Bank ships exclusively within Hong Kong. International shipments are not available due to global lithium-ion battery transport regulations.

Power banks contain lithium-ion cells classified as UN3480 / UN3481 dangerous goods under the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. Air transport of these items requires certified packaging, hazardous-goods documentation, and approved courier handling. Most standard international carriers do not accept lithium-ion batteries shipped from Hong Kong to overseas destinations, and ground alternatives are not viable for cross-border delivery.

To keep the product safe, compliant, and affordable, we have chosen to offer the Halo Power Bank only to customers within Hong Kong, where ground delivery via EMS is fully authorised.

*Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations, including outlying islands, restricted-access areas and certain rural districts, may be classified by the courier as a remote area shipment, which incurs an additional surcharge. This fee is typically collected upon delivery from the recipient. Any remote area classification and related charges are determined by the courier and are outside our control.
